Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using GrabVid you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. These terms apply to everyone who visits, including people who only read the articles and never paste a link. We may update them from time to time, and the date above tells you when the current version took effect.

2. What the service is

GrabVid is a free browser based tool that reads a publicly accessible video URL and presents the download options that the source platform makes available. We do not host video content. We do not store copies of the files you download. The transfer happens between the source platform and your device, and our role ends once we have shown you the available options.

3. Acceptable use

You agree that you will not use this site to:

• Download content you do not own and do not have permission to save, where doing so would infringe someone's rights.
• Redistribute, republish, monetise or claim authorship of another person's video.
• Attempt to access private, restricted or otherwise non public content, or to circumvent any access control.
• Run automated scripts, scrapers or bulk download tools against this site, or otherwise place unreasonable load on it.
• Interfere with the site's operation, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or use it to distribute malware.
• Use the service for any purpose that is unlawful where you are.

We may block access from any address that appears to be breaching these rules, without notice and at our discretion.

4. Your responsibility for what you download

You are solely responsible for the content you choose to download and for what you do with it afterwards. Copyright law varies by country, and personal offline viewing is treated differently from redistribution almost everywhere. Before saving anything, consider whether you have the right to do so. 5. Intellectual property

The design, written content, code and branding of this site belong to GrabVid. You may read and share our articles with attribution, but you may not republish them wholesale or present them as your own work. Video content accessed through the tool belongs to whoever created it, and nothing on this site transfers any rights in that content to you.

Platform names such as X, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and Facebook are trademarks of their respective owners. We use them descriptively to say what the tool works with. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any of these companies.

6. Service availability

The service is provided on an as is and as available basis. We do not guarantee uptime, and we do not guarantee that any particular video will be downloadable. Platforms change how they serve media regularly, and a feature that works today may stop working without warning. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GrabVid and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. That includes lost data, lost profits, device issues, or any legal consequence of content you chose to download. You use this service at your own risk.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Advertising

This site is funded by advertising, including Google AdSense. Ads are served by third parties and we do not endorse the products advertised. How advertising data is handled is described in our privacy policy. Interfering with ad delivery in ways that damage the service, such as click fraud, is a breach of these terms.

9. Third party links and content

The site links to third party websites and serves downloads from third party infrastructure. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those parties, and following such a link is at your own discretion.

10. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms as the service evolves or as the law changes. The revised version takes effect when it is posted here. Continuing to use the site after that point means you accept the changes. If you do not accept them, stop using the site.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the site operator is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. Where local consumer protection law gives you stronger rights, those rights are unaffected by this clause.
